RHYME N RAZOR APPOINTMENT STANDARDS Your time is valuable. Ours is too. At Rhyme n Razor, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our appointment standards are designed to protect the quality of your experience, maintain our service standards, and respect the time of every client. Please review our policies before booking. CANCELLATIONS We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment change. Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. NO CALL • NO SHOW Appointments missed without notice will be considered a No Call / No Show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. SAME-DAY & LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS We value the opportunity to accommodate you whenever possible. Same-day and last-minute appointment requests, when no regular appointment availability exists, will incur a $25 convenience fee in addition to the service cost. HOLIDAY & EXTENDED-HOUR APPOINTMENTS Appointments requested on holidays or outside of regular business hours are considered specialty appointments and will be charged at double the regular service rate. ARRIVING LATE Your appointment begins at the time reserved for you. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior communication will be charged a $25 late fee and will need to reschedule. If you arrive late and would like to preserve your appointment rather than reschedule, an additional $35 late-arrival fee will apply, in addition to the full cost of your scheduled service. Please understand that accommodating a late arrival is dependent upon the day's schedule and our ability to maintain the experience of clients who arrive on time.
